These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Korven LLC website and any services described on it ("Services"). By accessing this site or engaging Korven for Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or engage our Services.
Korven provides advisory services across three areas: financial services (bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, and CFO-level advisory), Amazon advertising management, and Amazon supply chain and inventory management. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are agreed separately in writing between Korven and the client before work begins.
Free audits and consultations are offered at Korven's discretion as a way for prospective clients to understand the current state of their accounts, books, or operations. A free audit does not create a contractual obligation on either party to proceed with paid Services, and findings shared during a free audit are based on the information made available to us at the time and should not be treated as a substitute for independent professional advice.
As a client, you are responsible for:
Fees for paid Services are set out in a separate proposal or agreement specific to each client and may be billed as a fixed monthly retainer, a project fee, or on another basis as agreed. Invoices are due on the terms stated in that agreement. Late payment may result in a pause of active work until the account is brought current.
Where Korven offers a 30-day guarantee on an engagement, the specific terms of that guarantee (including what constitutes "measurable improvement" and how it is assessed) will be defined in writing as part of the engagement agreement. The guarantee applies only to the scope of work agreed at the start of the engagement.
Reports, dashboards, strategies, and other materials prepared by Korven specifically for a client become the property of that client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Korven retains the right to use general methodologies, templates, and non-confidential know-how developed during an engagement for other clients.
Korven treats all client financial data, account access, and business information as confidential, and will not share it with third parties except as required to perform the Services or as required by law. A separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement may be put in place for individual engagements on request.
While Korven applies professional care and diligence to all work performed, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as revenue, profit, ranking, or tax results), as these depend on many factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korven's liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the notice period set out in the relevant agreement. Upon termination, Korven will provide the client with any work completed to date and a final invoice for work performed but not yet billed.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or for legal reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
